I sat in the car which was to take to me to my house. Then I bid goodbye to the people without looking at them, because of my overwhelming emotions. The driver and I saw the rapid passing of the houses, hurts, trees, the enormous land and the place. The place which I had been attracted to.
I closed my eyes knowing my eyes won't see this place for a while now. I looked on the uneven road and soon after, my house came into view. It was a long journey from there to here but it felt like blink of an eye and I am here.
Anyway, I got out of the car and payed the driver before seeing him off. And then headed to the new place which I will be calling home.
Upon entering the house, I only saw a simple but cozy house that was not too big but not too small. I always liked simplicity and I wanted my home to replicate it but that did not mean that there were not modernized things in house. The house was full of them. And everything was just as I needed, I am not a fan of perfection but when things are untidy, it just frustrates me. So, all things have been made in a way to take as less as space possible. With not too many machines that hums with electricity 24/7, this house was built with intelligence and simple logical items.
The colour was not too shimmery that hurt the eye. It's walls were subtle shades of blue and emerald green. On the way to the rooms, there are small abstract paintings used for a nice look.
I dropped the bag on the comfy single bed. The mattress was probably made from the softest material of this world. Although I had not laid on it, it had been already checked by me before, so I knew the softness level.
My feet took me to the washroom to give me a fresh (feeling? I don't know what to call it) after I had drenched my back with the sweat when I laid on the taxi's seat. After an hour of a long shower, which was very rare in the house.
Yes house. The house that made feel home.
I decided to dress simple because who even cares to be pretty in their house. I took out a simple white top with a checked shirt to wear it like a fashion coat (honestly to just feel more comfortable) and black trousers. My hair was dripping wet as a result of the long relaxing shower I just had. Walking to hairdryer, I picked it up and thought back to where I lived 5 years back, 2 years back, and now.
As my hair dried and just had a little moisture, I left hairdresser on the mirror table and wore my glasses that were only required when I have read something small. And to my shock, when I wore it, instead of feeling everything in 4k ultra pro quality, I saw blurriness. I then took it off and read the words of a book I liked very much.
'Red Queen'. I could perfectly read it. That meant that my eyes had cured. Yaaaaassss.
'Finally, I would not have to take support of this piece of glass to see things.' I fell to the bed and slept immediately. Not knowing how tired I was, until now.
