15 ~ Saanvi misses Mr. And Mrs. Singh

6 months later.

8 months have gone since Saanvi met Ishu and Raghav, her family.

And two months since they Ishu started living with her. In this span, Ishu had started working at Ishu's company, because surprisingly, Ishu too liked handling things, companies. In short, she loved big responsibilities, which Saanvi hated, she didn't hate Ishu, she hated the responsibilities.

Even though sometimes Saanvi would give permission to Ishu to manage the company for a brief period, she always checked up on everything. There were two reasons for it, she treated like a kid, and second, the company held an importance in her life.

Saanvi had worked very hard for this company. And when you put too much effort in one thing, you don't care whether it is good or bad, you just grow emotionally attached to it.

Saanvi had three things she was emotionally attached to.

• First, this company. Her emotions regarding this one were not so clear. But it was enough to know that she lived the company too much. Too much to let it remain a company. It wasn't a company for her.

It was the kid she nurtured, cared for. For her, it was a part of her life that brought her to high ups and deep lows, albeit never once her side.

• Second, Ishu. That was clear. Her emotions, her thoughts had Ishu in them always. That was not a bad thing, not at all.

But some people were too skeptical that even though Ishu is not related to Saanvi in any way, Saanvi still takes care of Ishu, so much she might even forget the world for her.

And believe me or not, she actually would.

• The last but not the least. Mr. Raghav. Her first friend in the city. True, the first time when Raghav and Saanvi met, it was not the most pleasant meeting, but that lead to the most pleasant friendship, that Saanvi and Raghav had.

In these 6 months, there were a lot of breakdowns from Ishu and her fears came out very often, but Saanvi was always there to help her. Protecting her, and making her understand that her fear was not worth it, not worth him.

While these all, Saanvi had got a family of her own, but you never forget the first ones who feed you, care for you, and love you.

Mr. Singh, Mrs. Singh and the people of the slum.

Saanvi's mind would often divert to them whilst still working or during any regular work. Ishu had noticed it, and told her to visit them.

She had told her many times before, but to no use.

And she knew that this time too, she will call it off with some excuse. And she tried to do it this time too, but Ishu wasn't ready to back off now that she had seen the homesick look on her face.

"But Ishu, I can't just leave. You, the company and everything, they are my responsibility. I have take care of them." She would say.

"Di, in these 6 months, you have taught me a lot about the company and now I am an employee too. And Raghav can handle the company." She would say selflessly even though she was damn well prepared to handle the company.

But Saanvi wasn't ready, she would say,"No, Ishu." With such finality, Ishu knew she could not urge her to go anymore, but this time there was a little, just a little hesistance in her sentence. So, Ishu thought to give it another go.

"No. You HAVE to go. I know the yearning look in your eyes when you remember them. You have to go." Ishu said.

A little argument followed it but Saanvi had to bow down in front of her princess, the one she could not deny anything. Then, it was decided that Saanvi would go to the outskirts the following day.

Now, I know that is a very short one but something big is waiting. Keep calm.

Anyways, Byeeee!

Love you always!

Happy reading!
